Who we are
GetProDeveloper (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a UK-based digital agency. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use this website, get a quote, or become a client, and how we use it.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us via our quote or contact forms (name, email, phone, project details)
- Billing details when you place an order at checkout (your payment card itself is handled entirely by our payment provider – we never see or store full card numbers)
- Basic technical data (browser type, pages visited) via standard server logs and, if enabled, analytics tools
How we use it
- To respond to quote requests and enquiries
- To deliver and invoice services you’ve ordered
- To send service-related updates (not marketing, unless you’ve opted in separately)
Who we share it with
We share data only where necessary to deliver our service: our payment processor (to take payment), our email/hosting providers (to run this site and respond to you), and where required by law. We do not sell your data.
International clients
We work with clients in the UK, US and Canada. Where your data is processed outside the UK (for example, by a US-based tool we use), we take reasonable steps to ensure it’s handled securely.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and client data for as long as needed to deliver our services and meet our legal/accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
